Flute song rings out through an empty chasm Canyons of bone and flesh mark the landscape Creatures of dark, lying in wait Gnawing at their own limbs An inconceivable hunger known beyond time and space Drums beat Eyes swarm a many tentacled beast Amorphous, bubbling with hatred At the centre of infinity Within spiralling black vortices The accursed flute song drives them to dance The Sultan of Darkness watches on Bodiless mouths float and chatter The Death of All Dreams It awaits, it breathes Atrocities unseen Thousand eyes, gnashing teeth The Death of All Dreams When I awake my vision is obscured Thick black mist covers the house Haunting music, noise and chanting Emits from deep within the darkness I can only sit and feel sheer terror as I see one eye open in the darkness And then another Within each eye I see myself screaming The first eye closes and my body goes cold I feel myself go numb As the second eye begins to close my reality turns dark The eye snaps shut and I exist no more
